Cooking Under Pressure

Using electric pressure cooker (Insta Pot).  Learn how to prepare healthy meals made under pressure, how to care for the machine, and tips for cooking a variety of food quickly and efficiently. The class will include hands on practice using a pressure cooker and recipe testing! Presented by Illinois Extension.  No cost, but must be registered.
